Nutrition for Rhythmic Gymnastics Enthusiasts
Nutrition plays an important role in performance, flexibility, and injury prevention. The right foods, at the right time, can make a huge difference in how your gymnast feels and performs in practice. We always ask parents to partner with us and make sure your athletes will get enough sleep, recovery time and quality foods. As a rule of thumb, prefer organic and home made nutritious meals instead of pre packaged and processed.
