Coaches Story

Aleksandra is a highly experienced and accomplished rhythmic gymnastics Ukrainian coach with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. With over a decade of experience in both competing and coaching, she has developed a unique perspective on creating personalized routines that are tailored to the individual athlete. Her master's degree in Rhythmic, Dance, and Choreography, coupled with her extensive professional dancing experience in theaters worldwide, make her an exceptional choice for anyone seeking to excel in the world of rhythmic gymnastics.

Jennifer was raised in various areas of Texas where she started her Rhythmic Gymnastics career. Jen began competing at age 4 and continued with the sport until age 12. In that time, she won multiple awards and advanced to state, regional, and national competitions. In 2010 and 2011 she qualified to attend the Rhythmic Future Stars camp at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, New York. Jen attended Junior Olympic competitions in 2010 (Chicago, IL) and 2011 (Orlando, FL). Other incredible opportunities include being taught by top coaches in Chicago, Florida, and Oregon and making many friends all over the country who she still stays in contact with today.

In 2012 Jen and her family moved to Washington where she made the switch from Rhythmic Gymnastics to competitive dance. Jen is trained in classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, partner dance, and acrobatics. She also has experience in tap, hip-hop, and ballroom. Much of Jen’s competition experience involves attending dance conventions and taking workshop classes from choreographers who are well known in the dance community and have participated on shows such as So You Think You Can Dance, World of Dance, and Dancing with the Stars. Jen has has also learned from renowned choreographers who have worked with celebrities such as Beyoncé and Justin Bieber.

Since graduating high school, Jen has branched out into other artistic fields. She has experience in circus arts and knows basic skills in aerial silks and lyra. In recent months, Jen began pursuing figure skating and trains with a private coach regularly. Jen feels passionate about learning new things and enjoys using her Rhythmic Gymnastics and dance background as a foundation for other sports.

Jen has been teaching since 2016 and has worked with gymnasts and dancers from ages 3-18+. She has the most experience working with younger students and has a passion for building their strong foundations to ensure their success in future training.
